Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Albanian law. The arbitration shall take place in Tirana, Albania, and the language of arbitration shall be Albanian.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
